didn't change much from the .96 actually, just pulled harder on top. the 1.32 is divided but that shouldn't have really affected much as my two banks merge a bit before the flange anyways. I liked it better to be able to cruise out of boost if i wanted to, and once your already moving its pretty much on the verge of boost all the time. i also found the larger a/r housings to be much easier to tune - boost isn't so bouncy.

I dont plan on revving mine over 6k so I think ill be alright. Just gonna have to see when its done lol. Even if I wanted to the highest I can rev is 6200 with diablo. Theres some weird crap that goes on with the 07s that limits them to 6200 no matter what you try. I know of a guy who has to set his shift point at 5000 so he doesnt hit the rev limiter at 6200.. Shits wack

Im pretty confident ill be good though.

I need to learn to weld.. All this would have been done by now, even if the welds looked like shit I could always grind em down and make em smooth. But Theres been no progress since monday. I have no clue why. But the intercooler piping will be here monday and probably the same with the final piece of the cross over pipe. Then the monday after that it may be tacked together and the week after that it might be done.. (im in a bad mood right now). :bang:

But I did get my 3 pod gauge pillar from auto meter and my coolant and washer overflow tanks today. Pretty sweet cause they get to sit in the box for awhile now. Im not real impressed with the gauge pillar, they didnt leave much room to get the bracket thing in. I had to jerry rig one of the gauges. But they fit in pretty tight so it should be fine. Too bad I cant go out and wire em in.. BLAHHH

Its time to go hit the weights for some deadlift

Just got off the phone with the guy, he said hes got the oil lines and just needs the bung for the drain and tee thing for the oil pressure sending unit. Hes going to check if the intercooler piping showed up and thats all he said. Told him im picking the truck up friday evening regardless of what needs to be done. Ive got my stock exhaust I can throw on to drive it home. We need it here at the house this weekend to move some crap. So we'll see what happens friday.

Haha I cant wait. I was right on the tail of the 4 door ones before I started this project. All the SRT10 owners around here are such arrogant d-bags, shootin past em will be nice. And gettin almost double their mpg will be somethin else i can rub in their face :) haha

I would buy a SRT10 but I would have to boost it to be happy. Plus I have to park that shit 6 months of the year.

Man i need to be more firm with people. Gives em motivation to get shit done lol. Was down today lookin at the truck and everything is pretty much done. Oil lines are in, collectors done, e-fan mounted, intercooler hard mounted, cross over pipe finished. Only problem is the intercooler pipes hit the bumper bracket.. So i may take a grinder to them and shave em down some to get the clearance I need. And the down pipe just needs its final extension on it. We fired it up and man, it sounds pretty mean. Bout as loud as open cats but not raspy at all. Super deep. Unfortuneately the oil supply line broke the little "male to male" screw and got stuck inside the supply. And he couldnt get it out so hes gonna pick up a new one tomorrow and has a grade 8 one now.

Other big thing i need is o2 extension wires. Im gonna call and try to get some overnighted to me to hopefully have saturday. So ill leave the truck there till saturday so he can work on the intercooler piping. And thats pretty much it. Snapped a couple pics and I wish that oil line didnt break so i coulda gotten a video of it running, but o well

Alright, got a new oil line and fittings. Hooked em up and fired up the truck, started leaking. So tightened them some more and no more leaks. WOO! Truck was running lean cause I didnt have my o2's hooked up so i got some wire and made really shitty o2 extension wires. Those worked when they didnt vibrate out of the plugs lol. But everything idles good and we're gonna finish the intercooler piping hopefully sunday. Heres a couple pics and a very shitty cell phone video of the idle

And my shitty extension wires lol

Well, trucks done. Brought it home earlier. My ghetto extension wires didnt work and my good extension wires showed up today. Plugged those in, no codes. Only codes I have are for my rear o2s which arent plugged in. Only thing left to do is drill a hole for the IAT sensor and find a 90* elbow for the inlet on the turbo so I can fit a filter.

But drive home truck felt normal. I was babying the hell out of it so it took awhile to get up to highway speed. But I must say, it sounds great. I pulled in to get some gas and another guy was fillin up his ram and as i was goin up the hill the turbo started whistling real loud and he was wide eyed when I pulled up to the pump haha.

But tomorrow i'm gonna change the oil, put some teflon tape on the oil feed line, put the wheel well liners back in and give the thing a bath. Ive got about 3ft of pollen on my truck lol

And heres a couple pics of the intercooler piping

Ill get some better pics with the Nikon tomorrow and hopefully find the cable to my video camera so I can get a decent video

lol thanks. Im waitin for a guy to get back to me to see if the pin outs for the 04 hemi are the same as the 07. If they are, ill have everything spliced, in about 30 min lol. My biggest issue is trying to fit an air filter on the turbo. I was considering buying one of the carb style air filters that looks like a big frisbee and cutting out a 4'' section and putting a mesh screen over that and then holding that to the inlet of the turbo with a hose clamp. Currently ive got a big rubber elbow thats smashed up against the headlight and no way for me to bend it more.. We'll see lol

I setup a spreadsheet with both PCM pinouts together so you can see the differences. You can then trace wire color from there to the sensors. Shoot me a PM with you email and I will send it over.
