Do I dare??Blowthrough sbc 327 in a 1978 Datsun 280z???

    I now how to. I have built my 1976 280z datsun straight6 for blowthrough. Runs damn nice too. I have a garrett t3/t4 with a 83(?)trim wheel and a 4 inch intake. I just purchased a 1978 280z with a 327 sbc and 3 speed auto with a 3500 stall. Car comes with Hoosier drag radials. So do I go realy damn fast down the track?? Or just have a V8Z for "fun runs".

    Dam fast or don't go at all LOL

    Were on the same boat except I'm using a lighter early 240z.

    Acouple more parts and I'm ready to fabricate and tune.

    Right now it's driven on the street 6 days a week LOL

    I say turbo it but you really need two t3/t4 turbos, a single t3 turbine is to small for a 327, even if it was a stage 3 turbine and a .83 housing.
