THANKS guys!! I havent had much time to work on it this week but will hopefully finish the forward strut bars and motor and mid plate this weekend. :welder: Then on to the headers so we can get the engine pieces to Mr. Morris. Turned Alan loose with a cutoff wheel and wire welder on plugging holes and cutting out for the mini tubs. Got some bungs and a cap in the new valve covers and off to the powder coater. Got a few pieces back from our powder coater already. THANKS Jason w/ Painted with Powder!!
Also here's picture of the car after racing it last year. SHouldnt look too different on the outside other than the new wheels, chute and hopefully budget and time allowing a new carbon fiber wing.

I had my sticker guy make it for us. I can get more and any color or size too. I need to order some new sticker for this year anyhow.

That's what i love about this place, i would have never thought about mounting that foward bar like that and tying the k member to it.

if there is one thing ive seen jake do, it is think shit up and make it badass. i think hes got all kinds of ideas rattling around in his head at any given moment on how he can make something awesome. wish i had a drop of his genius and talent when it comes to this stuff. i go to his shop and see something i could have never conceived on my own. yet he does it on a daily basis like its nothing.

Hell yeah!! I went to his site and checked out his other builds too.....Jake is a BAD MAN!!!! :welder: :2thumbs:

Oh, Jake I have a question...I noticed on one of the ARB pics from......one of the mustang builds that you bolted the ARB plates to the frame...did you later go in and weld it up????? There weren't anymore pics of it...

Which car was it on? Only one I can remember bolting on was this same Mustang. I used a Bickel bar and made some pieces to bolt it in. It will probably be getting upgraded with a new one I designed and built like I used on Scott/Jackstands Malibu.

And THANKS guys!! It really means everything to me when people like what I do. If I only had more time and someone elses money I could follow thru with some off the wall stuff.:D

Finally a small update. Been slammed with fulltime projects and havent had much time to work on our project. But here's something to rekindle the fire.:D
Had to bang out the headers to take to Morris's. 2 1/2" to 5" collectors.:D

And Alan got the mini tubs done last week too. Wont see much else done till I get Keiths wrapped up in the next couple weeks.

No, no, no. The motor is in backwards, see the distributor is next to the fire wall. :D
