    Largest hood ever put on a GM car, could probably fit two Cummins under it. I love em!

    Why in fuck would you put a farm tractor motor in when a Duramax and the Allison is right there :doh:
    10 times quieter , more power and way better transmission .

    Beats me on that one. I would want a Duramax because you can spin em faster. That Duramax Impala that Pimp My Ride did was pretty badass.

    The Cummins is a FAR more reliable diesel than the Duramax, and can make a shit ton of power rather easily too. you are right about the trans though, thats the only edge the GM lineup has.

    I second the Cummins plant. It's a fantastic engine and over-engineered.
