Snyper, we can cut just about anything you want. This is plasma CNC which has a pretty damn good edge but not as crisp as Laser or water, but quite a bit cheaper! Just to warn you small holes (under 3/4" are not that great for other than locating for drilling out later.

We decided this was a better way to go for our purposes because we have had issues with laser cut bolt holes cracking on stressed components like engine brackets.

TALYN, I told you I wanted to keep it! Gary and I will do our best to show up and see that thing run. I can't wait to hear it!

    Nice work there.
That looks like an old TV series Garrett / Airesearch turbo like what I'm running.
What size is it and where did you get it ?

Last I talked to him the project stalled.

He was pretty eager to get it going so something serious must have come up.

You're going to want to wrap those crossover tubes that Y into the turbine housing and another shield in front of the turbine housing.
With the turbo that close to where you're sitting you will really feel the heat without a shield.

I found that .030 aluminum is cheap, light and easy to hand form over the edge of the bench top.

You need to look at your headers and remind yourself that all that tubing is going to get RED HOT.

are those just flipped block hugger headers? Looks good. What about coating? Is that gonna happen?

Yup, flipped block huggers, the flanges did need to be removed and rewelded on to face the correct direction. I had been going through the tuning headaches... finally made a full pass today with no hesitation or going lean... an AF sensor/gauge is worth its weight in gold!!!

At the end of this season I will pull everything out and coat the exhaust as well as powdercoat the rail kit, motor plates, etc...
