Silverado S400 Front mount turbo project

    I know the truck, and Parish is on another forum (Performancetrucks.net) a lot. he is a good guy, and I will not be coming close to being faster than his truck was... I'm just hoping for 10.9999999

    I never thought you were bashing him, but he sold the truck and is now working on a nova that is pretty interesting to say the least...

    I got a lot of the wiring done, as well as most of the vacuum/boost controller lines done.

    oil cooler lines are done, turbo supply line, a/c bracket, boost regulator, and charge pipes are all done.

    That thing is cool as hell, looks like you will be closer to 9.9999 than 10.9999 there buster.

    Thanks guys, I had some stock 245 65 16 when I was at the track last. Now I have some 305 45 (i think) 17 plus 4 wheel drive.... Dont forget the beast weighs 5,000 pounds...lol

    do you have a muffler? how long is the dp? 5" all the way?

    It's 5 inch until about the middle of the cab, then it goes to 4 inch, through a diesel glass pack style muffler, over the axle and dumps in the stock location. I also have a 3 inch cut-out at the bottom of the down pipe before it necks down to the very restrictive 4 inch..... lol

    The truck is a 2000, I'm runing an 02 stock PCM (better tables), just sold the 44 pound injectors, I now have some high z 65 pound injectors. I'm tuning it all with HPTuners.

    man that is a sweet truck. i worked on a lingenfelter twin turbo 98 denali that was running elevens but the guy paid out the ass to have it all done. your truck was done with your hands, mind..you get the drift, alot of respect :bow:. what bov and wastegate you running on that monster?

    Thank you for the kind words...

    Tial 50mm bov and a 38mm waste gate... But one 38mm is not enough. so I'm adding another this next weekend... :welder:
