I currently have 60lb injectors, stock rails, stock lines, two ford gt pumps, pprv delete and a lethal modified stage 2 fpdm. How much power can this support? I am on a budget, but am considering adding some rails (not sure which ones) and lethal's line upgrade. How much could the system support then?

Stock rails and lines the bottle neck? How much will it support with lethals rails and lines? My friends 05 gt made over 700 through an auto with twin gt pumps, good rails and lines and 60's. That was with a 68mm turbo maxxed out on race gas. Also will changing rails and lines after a tune require a retune?

    I peg mine out @ 630rwhp with an F1R
With a turbo , don't need that much fuel pressure but more volume so 700 is possible.
The bigger the injecto,r the easy it is on the pump.

I think a BAP will allow you to be at 550-650 pretty easy with the rest of your setup.

My car made 600rw through a C4 with the dual GT pumps, -6 feed line , stock rails and 60lb injectors. I did have dual fpdm's also.

I didnt think so. Fuel rail's are cheap, why not upgrade them?

So, my car SHOULD be ok if I upgrade the rails and lines.

But the simple question is, with the bigger fuel rail's it will run better and put less stress on the fuel system. So WHY would you not spend $200 on a good set of fuel rail's and call it good?

I thought the rails were good to 6-700hp personally.

The stock feed line is more of a bottle neck than the rails.
How is there going to be less stress on the fuel system by just changing the rails???

^^ Maxing the rails or the lines?

If your running stock lines they are the issue..

Make your own lines. You can buy everything you need from Jegs or summit.
I have two -6 feed lines and one -6 return line.

Stock rails will support more than 03-04 Cobra stock rails, and they can support up to about 650rwhp. I kept my car returnless and went with -8 supply line, but did add Aeoromotive rails due to an Edlebrock intake. I used the Russel ProClassic hose and Hose ends, put an Aeromotive filter in the stock filter location, and a remote FRP sensor and it seems to work great. I made 450rwhp with a 150 wet shot of nitrous and only hit 65% duty cycle on the pumps. 03-04 cobra pumps support about 500rwhp on a Cobra, but only about 380rwhp on a GT due to fuel line size differences, so that should tell you something.
