    had a very productive week this week , with tons of help from the fellas at FONSE PERFORMANCE , we got the short block together
    can't thank Al jr. and Jake enogh for going way out of their way getting stuff done for me

    some pics

    the pistons that took forever to get :chacha:




    block in the line bore machine


    had to balance the crankshaft



    had to bore it to 4.165




    Jake "bumping" the mains

    never used an electric ring file befor ....soooo much easier then a hand file , actually enjoyed filing after using this ...lol


    Fats making sure i am squaring the rings properly during filing


    its a short block :D


    love the deck surface , and the hone , should seal very well

    next week
    flow the heads and order the camshaft and springs , valve job , port the intake

    thanks guys , didn't get to do anything this week

    anyone know what i need for the drain fitting on this turbo
    and an aluminum v-band flange for the outlet to the carb

    theres a few sponsors here who sell the fittings for drain. I think i saw a couple that went to -12 line.

    Nice build, keep up the progress, i might throw a build thread up too. I'm doing a monte with a s400

    X2 .... RPS has a feed/drain kit for the BW units.
    I think mine is -4 feed and -10 drain, seems to be working fine for now....

    I got my drain going into the fule pump block off plate .... welded a -10 bung to it ..... no leaks ...

    :2thumbs:

    PS- gonna have the car registered this next week, cage shortly after and then some dyno tuning ..... should be street/track ready by mid/end of April!

    I cant wait !!

    Regulator is a Aeromtive 13202 and the Carb hat is a Extreme Velocity. :2thumbs:
