    Hi guys

I have a BS3 for the LS1 with trans control.
I'm about 2 months away from installing it
    on my new 434.

This will be my first encounter with the BS3
and I'm looking forward to it.

My Q is will some one with a LS1 and a BS3 mind
PM-ing me with there running file to give me a place to start.

My injector size will be between 83-160lbs ( haven't bought them yet) and a 3 bar.

Not sure if you have realized it or not...but there is a calibration available for download on BS3's site at the moment for a 383 ls1 with 65lbs injectors. Im not sure if it is a 3 bar map setup as i havent downloaded it or not... but it could be a starting point...just food for thought, might want to take a look at that.

    Thanks for the heads up.

My first experience with tunable EFI was with a SDS
    system.

My biggest hurdle was getting a fill for how much to increase the # in the map and rpm tables to get the motor to respond the way I needed it to.

    After that it was cake.
I understand how it works (or I think I do) I just
need to get the fill for how much to add to the tables
    as load/rpm increase.

My plan is to get the motor to start idle and warm up
them work on the drivability for a month or 2 then start
    bringing the boost into play.

John is god for sure... he was a big help to us when we put bs3 into our ecotec cav. His products are awesome and he is definitely one of those guys to help/force you to learn... He will answer questions as long as you ask the "right" questions and will give you enough info to make sure you still have to force yourself to learn. I was lucky to be able to speak with him multiple times through our build.

To get an idea on a basetune, you at least need to know the injector size. :)
