More as to where to get them . I bought this twin turbo set-up a while ago not really knowing much never realized that there are no wastegates . Am I screwed or what . I called Banks about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago lookin for some insight and they seemed to not want to answer any of my questions and told me to basically take a hike :bah:

Anyways , heres what I have. Any insight on my stuff or question would be a huge help .

The plan is to put this on a 496 BBC . That will either go in my Cruiser .

Or my 18'er and maybe do some ski racing with it .

I believe those units came with a specific size hole in the turbine housing to vent exhaust from. That kept the turbo from building up too much pressure but doesn't lend itself to adjusting boost pressure.
I would think you could plug the holes and add a couple wastegates.

All the other parts look usable.
I think those all came with Rajay turbos.

I ran the the same Banks system as you have about 18 years ago on off shore boats. The guys are correct they don't use waste gates they are pre-drilled for relief. The only way I found to set the boost is drill out the plugs or weld up and re-drill as need.I always set them up on the dyno, but I guess you don't have to do it that way. Wish I had a couple of sets now.
Also you are correct about the information and help from Banks not much after the sale support.

My first set up had the same exhaust except the elbow was longer and their was some predrilled hole that had some deltagate wastegates bolted too.It worked well as i could control the boost down to 5#'s and up to 30.
I'll post a couple of pictures.I might know where you could get them if interested.
