Does the adjustablility justify the expense. Dbl adj vs Single C.O.

I'm gonna use the Strange coil overs as my example. The double adjustables are about $600 and the singles are about $400. Is it really worth the added expense to go with the double adjustables? I intend to run Drag radials so I would think the doulbels would help even more so with traction & tunability.

Any thought on this feel free. Or any other manufacturer recommendations.

Stick with strange, and double. It has proven to be needed on my car, the ability to adjust one function of the shock is important. Cheaper to do it once.

Dammit, you hit me with the "cheaper to do it once" phrase. Thats what I figured. I'll have to wait for Dave Z to have a sale. I want to get a mini tub, and coil over combo. Its tough to spend money when you're layed off work.

Tim, you know anyone looking for a Joels C4 with a brake? I'll trade them for a Strange coil over kit. :D

I guess its cool to jack my own thread. :2thumbs:

Like Timmy said stick with Strange and definately double adjustable. You can tune the suspension so much better and make the slightest of adjustments that make all the difference in the world. If you were on a "no budget" project build up, I would say go with Santhuffs. It is all in what a person wants and is able to spend. I have Strange on all 4 corners of my car, but down the road I will be switching to Santhuffs.

When I left the shop last night he was not stuck in any cars. Now today, that is a different story. LOL. It is funny seeing him weld on some of that stuff.

    Dave,

Not really in a hurry but I dont want to pass up any other potential buyers and I would also like to get my plan in action as far as next season. Stroked 85s buddy is interested. One good thing about you Dave is you're close enough that I could just cruise down to the shop and swap some parts. Shipping on a big part like a trans is a bitch.
