I was planning on getting the Danny Bee cam thrust bearing setup instead of just using a thrust plate, anyone run one of these with a Dart block? Are they just a bolt on and go type of deal or is there additional machine work required? Also, any reason to run one vs just a thrust plate?

I called Danny bee, the single bearing unit requires no machine work, but they have a dual bearing unit that requires the plate holes to be redrillled and located further apart for the clearance. I also just purchased a FRPP cam thrust plate instead of the bearing because it seems to work great in a stock motor situation and I couldn't think of any extra forces that would be exerted on the plate with a high HP setup.
