Good luck......I have searched this for years. There aint shit out there besides modified stock pieces. Which in all honesty are good enough to not need to be replaced, just cut the runners to match your motor set up and you are good. Several years back hci made an intake for these and it was ok but not worth the money/gain in hp. SSR makes the modified versions of stock which they claim to be better that the hci. I just did the SSR work on my own intake myself and will probly have the same gains for little cost.

Been there done that got the T-shirt, I searched for an intake for just a stocker for months as well. I finally found a wrecking yard with a burnt up core that still had the intake. I know where 1 or 2 others are but they want like 600-700 dollars. I know what you mean, even to have a custom sheet metal built will run 2000.00 to 3500.00. Maybe someday the after market will get off there rear and do something reasonable, but with this engine I am afraid the days of 300.00-600.00 intakes are over. Good Luck

I'd rather have the HCI intake then do the SSR. The HCI is basicaly a tunnel ram intake with a lid on it. Works awesome on boosted cars. Never really tried the hci N/a though.

There is no pics...lol SSR is the only company doing the intakes. HCI closed down. I don't think you will see any pics of custom B-head intakes there is just not really any out there.

I'm in the process of building a bottom feeder intake for our car. Once I get farther along, I'll post pictures. We're milling the big trough out of a B head cobra intake and welding a floor in with a 4" tube 90'ng into it from the bottom. It'll have a sheetmetal top welded to the bottom. The air will enter the bottom, hit the roof, and roll over into the runners. There's just enough room underneath to do it. I also machined a set of aluminum IMRC delete plates for 16 injectors.
