TV 8101 Outing!

    I took the car to Rogersville tonight. First pass car broke loose about half track and I had to get out of it, still went a 7.01 @105. The second run was the best with a 6.83 @ 108 with a 1.6 60' time. The car was still spinning a little on the worn set of 26 X 10.5 slicks. Boost was between 8-10 lbs. I think the combo has some potential, just need to get a transbrake.

    How does that little 351 spool a TV81? Is it pretty laggy?

    The lag isn't that bad, i really haven't made enough runs to tell you exactly when it comes in. I have been paying attention to keeping the car straight. The tune that is in the car is the one that i initially put in the car when i built the setup. Need to get some more runs in with it.
