    I'm working on a 2.3 Project as well, Stock long block (for now) with FMS a234 cam, Stinger header, stock ported lower intake with a BLOW THRU CARB!!!!!!!!!!!! and a "prepped" 60-1 Stage III Turbo :chacha: We will see what i can get out of the stock short block, if i hit an 11.xx with it i will be happy :2thumbs:

    how do you feel the reliability is with the motor? I would love to build something like that but would be afraid that it wouldnt last long.

    I am seeing more and more people build them up and get good power. If these things are decently reliable I might just have to start a build :2thumbs:

    Nice my best friend has an 85 svo, Newt at Quicktime turbo systems, Joe the owner and myself are building it into a roadrace car, so far it we have the t56 mated to a Jon Huber built esslinger svo headed 2.6l stroker, with pt6176r, bs3, griggs gr40 front, maximum rear torque arm setup. And some others, once day i'll get around to posting some build pics. Nice to see some 2.3 love on here. :)

    this was a little picture video joe made up a month or so ago, mainly as a joke, since hes spent a fortune and has yet to have a running car, but we're getting very close. There are newer pictures we'll post them up later. In another thread, as to not clutter this one.

    I also have a 2.3 project. For a decently efficient(25mpg) cheap 350hp combo it was hard to beat. A nice daily driver with a little kick :2thumbs:
