What setup would you recommend for my car? I think its time to upgrade to adjustable stuff. Now that the car is going 166mph on only 17lbs of boost. Car weighs 3535 with me in it if that matters... :2thumbs:

I want to do the strange double adj coilovers in the rear and strangs 10 way struts up front. What would you recommend as far as springs go? lb, length etc...

    Thanks

check the suspension database, find a car with your similar setup and see what they are using, then go from there

however i think youll find (or at least i did) theres no "magic" combo of parts. 2 identical cars can use totally different parts with the exact same results. i say get a basic understanding of what the parts do and choose based on price/quality

our cars weight the same-- i tried 150lb x 14" springs and it was too soft to drive on the street. (coil bind bad) went to 175's and they work fine, may be a bit too stiff for drag racing. i bought some 160 hypercoils and willl let you know when the car is running again.. i have 110's in the back 14"

stange double adj rear and 10 way single adj in front.

Maybe theres a secret fairy dust you use on them but I only use enough spring to hold the back of the car up.:D I just look up my rear weight and use that recommended spring.

Color is very important. Black powder coating tends to absorb heat more than silver and can cause the springs to sag/get soft after a full day of racing. I recommend at least painting them a lighter color before installing them..
