i have a 92 mustang 302ci and looking to go with a single turbo my question is what size injectors should i go with and what is everyone running if they have this set up and feel free to share times/hp/ boost #s thanks

 

are you running stock management system or aftermarket and how much power are you planning on making
if your still on a stock block 42's will be fine if your looking for more than 600hp then your gonna have to step up to a low imp injector which means pretty much an aftermarket fuel injection or some type of injector driver

 

i have a FAST in the car and 42s on it now it is on a sportsman svo block and i really would like to hit a 9sec pass/low 10s easy. so what am i looking at? high 5's or 600? should hold on the block right? help me out ha turbos are new to me

 

Depends on your $$$ but I would go for 65Lb + low impedance...

 

Once you get into the bigger injectors they are all about the same money... if I were you I'd get at least 75's if not 83's that way you have a coushion for injector... I have had too many friends that have been bit later on with buying injectors for the hp they want at the time and then later regret it because they max them out... with the FAST you should be fine with huge injectors... a car I tuned not to long ago had 95's in it (a honda at that) and it was a daily driver... the car idled and cruised around like stock... and then was an animal... he didn't need that big of injector at first... by no means... but when he bought a big turbo... we was very happy that he did buy the big injectors first...because all he had to do was bolt it on and have a new tune put in it... just my .02
