Yeah kevin at CSU is my recommendation. He's helped me out of a jam and doesnt care if I call his house at like 10 pm on a saturday night. He has also followed up on his sale to see how I liked the carb. I cant figure out how this guy can find the time to deal with all his customers on such a personal level. He must have a clone or something...

He does have a young family, and out of respect for them those kind of calls should be avoided.

    Blessings..........Ron Clevenger.

LOL, Kevin has even told me no matter the time to call. If he says that to a guy, then that is what he told them. You don't know what Kevin told the guy that you quoted after plus is that guy that called at 10:00 p.m. on eastern time or Cali time which is like 4 hours difference.

I have recieved great customer service from both, CSU and C&S. I look at it this way, we are in a hobby that sometimes does not allow choices. One manufacture will hold all the cards, but we have two great companys to pick from, that have this stuff figured out. They both have their specilties, and provide great support.

Roger at C&S is on his game. Kevin and Denise have great experiance with boost.

I've known Kevin and Dennis from around the Pontiac / So Cal world for a while now. They were cool then, and it didn't suprise me when I got back in to this that they were still cool. You can tell alot about people by the company that they keep.

I look forward to working with them. :2thumbs:

I would never have called him that late but he told me it was okay and we were working out an issue with the car. It really shows his dedication to helping his customers.

C&S is all I would run. I did a blowthrew carb set up right after reading about Brent's car on the site, called Roger and started the process of building the bucket of bolts. After I had my combo together Roger got all my spec's and built me a carb. The few times the car has been to the track Roger was more than willing to help me out, not to mention having a few drivability issues( I'm freekin anal about drivability) out cruzing around town and seeing Roger out and hitting him up for a HWY 94 & HWY 370 test and tune session. He took time out of his night to tune and wrench on my car. Thats customer service to me.

I have also delt with Kevin and have to say he is a great person and customer service with him is also number 1.

Is that a Demon? I always wanted to see a picture of one instead of the ones on their site. What's up with the rods in the venturis? I haven't see any others like that?

You guys are killin' me. If Kevin says call, then Imma call no matter what the time is as long as "HE" said to call him. I too have a 1 year old, a 3 year old and a 9 year old and "I" have control over when we accept phone calls or not. That is that plus I live in Maryland on the east coast. 10:00 p.m. my time is what in cali time?????  :twak:

Like the original guy posted that he called Kevin at 10:00 p.m............well was it 10:00 p.m. at his area and 6:00 p.m. Kevin's time? I guess that is disrepecting at 6:00 p.m. then.............PLEASE! Quote that!

To the thread starter, again I have had both and both did what I needed them to do at the time. CSU or C&S and you'll be fine. Customer service to me was equal in my book.

    LOL.

You haven't seen the Aerosol nozzles before?????   Actually the less of a big booster in the venturi, the better chance of power to be made.

On their website, but wasn't sure if that was an alky-only type thing.

I just sold my Carbshop carb, it'll be replaced with a C&S.

I've met both Kevin and Dennis multiple times, and both are great to deal with. Both were at the dyno early the day we dynoed my buddy's '67 Fairlane and were right on top of things when it came to the tuneup. After a pull and a look at the data, they were diving into the carb to tweak it in short order. The first time out at the track, we had some questions and got a call right back on my cell phone at the track. Kevin called me while we were on the way home and Kevin, my buddy and I all had a conference call on speaker phone about the carb/tuneup. We went to the track three more weeks in a row after that, and Kevin made it to all three and Dennis made it to one or two. Now that's customer service! :2thumbs:

Shit, they even came out in the middle of December with Dennis' 9 month old daughter to see my junk run with the new engine, and I don't even have one of their carbs.
