Yes on our base kit(not the hidden sleeper kit) , it more then puts out enough to break the stock block. So far with the MP t-70 base kit we have seen 650 rwhp. Over 700 FTLBS of torque.

We expect the sleeper to do only 500 rwhp at it's best(thats all it was designed to do) Basically a bolt on base stock kit with no mods needed.

Do you have that patent number handy as I would like to look over your patent application.

Do you have any flow statistics on that IC? I had problems with something like that once before and am curious how or if you've got by it.

Precision claims 600 out of them, but we have seen them do about 700FWHP though not very effecent.

thats how i started my build.headers back and turbo on the driver side but im building a drivers header.looks good.how did you run them together underneth the car?

Patent is just a word that seems to scare people, if i recal callaway corvette had the rear mount idea 20+yrs ago, and several loacals had setups running on various vechiles. And if Carol Shelby cant beat Factory Five in court over them infringing on his patents regarding cobra's and there designs i dont think any one without his money should even bother.

Now, please take detailed pics so i can make something similar before you find a good lawyer,lol

Well as Big B stated all it takes is change here and there and now you are not infringing on the patent. Guess it is just a matter of knowing about the patent and what it says/shows so you know how to avoid the infringing.

The STS patent has more to do with the oiling system, then it does the location. Look up their patent

He has more than the 1, I already spent time and money looking it up which is exactly why I brought it up and so do a few others, it pertains to location and method of mounting i.e. remote

I think you are right, I'd take a stab as to why he may not want that information in his hands but I am not in a drama mood this evening so I am handing the drama hat over to papi for the weekend. Be good to it my friend and make sure and dry clean it before you return it!

1. There is no drama, he claimed to have a patent and I am just asking for his patent number? It is public information, I my have misunderstood a joke or something, as I can not find any patent in his companies name.

2. If he does have a patent and won't release the number, then he is full well giving everyone permission to copy it as he has no defense in any case anywhere since we can not avoid conflicts without know what they are.

Is Belmont Ohio in New Zealand? Just so I understand point 2, so if someone gets a patent on say Widget design XYZ and one day while drinking beers in my garage I have this idea to make Widget design XYZ, I am fine because no one made me aware of the patent so I could avoid design conflicts? I dunno that just seems weird, I'd thought it maybe would have been up to me the beer drinking redneck to find out if I unknowingly made something similar enough to violate a known patent. shit, Ebay here I come, I got this idea for muffler men

No what I am saying is I did a search which the drunk guy would also do(himself or a patent attourny), and can't find anything reasonably close to what he has claimed to have patented so I would like to see his paten number so the drunk guy can check to make sure he doesn't infringe. If you are making a drunk widget xyz and a sober widget maker claims to have a patent and you ask him directly and he says .....nothing..... then you can assume that he has not gotten one, and is falsly claiming patent. If he does have a patent number he has to provide it. (according to the attourny that is working on something for me).

Is your attorney drunk too? Back to my muffler men idea, I am thinking I could do more than just men. For instance I could take cats and make little space ships out of them. My only fear though is how the EPA would look at taking used cats and turning them into artwork for resale on Ebay. Never liked the damn things anyways which is probably why I have these two dumb dogs sitting here.

Just being curious and lazy as usual, find any patents for Turbo Engineering? I was told a couple years back they had a patent or copyright or some crap in regards to the design of their kit. Never believed it at the time but just recalled it so wondering on it, of course no telling if it would be under that company name or not.
