Hey there guys. It has been a long time coming, I know. I have been promising to repost the pictures that were lost on the old server last year but have not been able to due to my computer being in storage. In this last year I've lived and worked from one side of the planet to the next and have been unable to access the files, that is until last night.
Most of this thread will consist of pictures only and will not contain too much commentary on the actual build process. I will add a comment here and there to help explain something I feel might need more elaboration. But for the most part, count on the old adage, 'A picture is worth a 1000 words.' I will try to reconstruct the pictures in the order of the build.
Also feel free to ask questions or add comments; I'd be happy to answer any questions you have and I'd love to get your feedback. However, I may not be able to respond for a few weeks, after March 16th, as I will be traveling to yet another job. I will try to get back to you though as soon as possible.

For further reference you can refer to the original thread @

The first picture, above, was the car as seen in the June '04 issue of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords Magazine. Here is a link to the feature article.

The next picture is the first I took of the car when I purchased it from the precious owner. I bought it as a rolling chassis only.

The second picture below is the first day it sat in my garage.

The goal of this project is one that was continually in flux; honestly so much went on with the car and so much time has passed I can't actually recall everything that went on with it. It started, as I recall, simply as a swap. The swap was moving everything from my old 91 coupe over to the new chassis. It, the 91, consisted of a 306 DSS SuperPro Bullet, heads, cam, intake and an Incon 800 kit. It soon grew into the larger Incon 1000tti kit, later into a custom DIY with twin 62-1's and finally the monster as it now sits, or sleeps.

Here is a quick breakdown of the car today:

The car is now sitting at my brother's shop in Spokane, Washington. Same place it has been for the last year. I am going to try and sell the car one last time. If the thing does not sell in the next two weeks I will pay my brother to finish it for me while I am working up in Alaska. It will not take too much more to finish her up. My biggest issue will be the transmission. I am doing a partial trade with my bro for the work. He wants the Viper T56 for his car. Which will require another transmission for me. Which one, which one, that is the million dollar question. Not sure if I want another manual or will I up the ante for an auto. An auto that'll hold the power of this engine will be pretty expensive. We'll just see what the next few weeks bring.

I'm pretty sure your car was the reason i signed on turbomustangs. although im doing the 3rd turbo setup on my car now, i just bought a new car and i am baiscly doing the same thing except for all the accesories. I was wondering if you can take a picture where the headlights are. i know you welded all new sheetmetal under the hood and i wanted to see how you cut them out.

Sorry, I'm not sure I follow you. You want me to take pictures of the head light pockets? What they look like from behind perhaps?

Thanks for the compliments. BTW, My big brother lives in Valencia. He lives at the town center @ McBean & Magic Mountain. He drives a 99 GT turned 600 rwhp Novi DOHC Cobra look-a-like. He is selling his too, I believe he wants $25,000. The car is so so clean. Recognize it?
