Took the notch to Kauffmans motorsports yesterday for some dyno testing. I was pretty happy with the results.
I posted up the dyno sheet in the other section https://www.theturboforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=50784.0
But it made 398 hp and 490 ft-lb torque with a good bit of wheelspin (see flat areas and jump ups in the graph). The A/F was around 12 and then dipped during peak torque and rose up to nearly 12 after and till 5200 or so. Much improved from the dramatic diving and soaring A/F with the weaker fuel pump setup and the fmu feeding 19# injectors. The car runs well so time to learn to drive it properly!

I'm also curious about your fuel setup. Are you using factory lines and rails? Do you know how much volume (lph) and/or horsepower the factory system can support with 42# injectors and a AFPR?

The fuel system is stock lines and rails. 190 lph in tank pump and ATI procharger in line pump (a 255 lph in tank should suffice). kirban fp regulator, 42# injectors and 75 mm Pro M MAF with a NA calibration. I have the fuel pressure set to about 38 at idle with the vacuum line on. Timing is set to 8 BTDC then spout in.

Still2slo: I made 515rwhp through the stock lines and rails with 48lb injectors and a novi 2000 setup. Much after that you will suck the rails dry. If you want to do a cheap upgrade look for a set of 94-95 rails b/c they allow for greater flow.

You're still running a tad on the lean side. Have you tried to get it down to about 11.5ish throughout the rev range.

kauffmans is in Dillsburg PA. Less than an hour from Frederick md. They really know their stuff. Highly recommended. I paid 80 bucks for 3 pulls with a/f monitoring but if you are having tuning done, you can get the unlimited pulls for $100/hr (I'm pretty sure).

Bix, you think that is on the lean side? It dips into the 10s thru the torque peak so I figured that was ok.

My 87 GT weighed 3420 lbs with me in it.. With my Kenne-Bell supercharger it dyno'd 399 rwhp and 480 ft lbs of rwtq.. The car ran 11.6's at 120 on drag radials..

I'm guessing yours should be close to that...

80 bucks for 3 pulls with wideband a/f. I would not go for trying to get a bargain costwise. Those guyd know their stuff at kauffmans.
