Hi guys.....just looking at all my options here.....may end up going turbo instead of centrifical blower.....

Just need to know what size turbo i should be looking at getting?
I'm completely new to this stuff (turbo/blower) as i've been using nitrous as a power-adder beforehand.

The car is still driven on the street.....am looking for a single turbo that will get me into the mid-low 9's

    Anyhow, thanks in advance

A T4 PT 88 would work pretty well... This turbo is pretty small in physicial size and would be fairly easy to package in the engine bay it weighs about 30#'s and is setup for a 4" down pipe... Y2k 88 has more potenial but it is considerably larger in size about 50#s... Then there's the 91's that are pretty much massive in size 5" down pipe, etc... The latter two will need some bracing to support the weight of the turbo...

You may also consider running two small twins like 60's - 70's these are very small about 20#'s, 3" down pipe, etc... It may prove to be cheaper and easier to deal with twins vs one large single depending on your application...

That is pretty much your options... I would not put anything on that combo smaller than a 88 if you want to do a single...

    Good luck!

Great Dave thanks. Actually talked to a local friend here & i think he may have convinced me to go the twin route....NIL8GM is his name on here

It is a bit more piping, but seems to be simpler, no bracing needed & may be even cheaper to go that route.
