Lesson of the day, jesel rockers use really long pushrods.

Yes they do, especially with a small base circle solid roller, 1.8ish lifter/push rod seat height and a longer valve it really adds up. I had bad luck with off the shelf push rods. You running a offset lifter to ?

No, not using offset lifters. The pushrod length checker I have only went to 7" and nope not even close lol

Looks like the pushrods are going to be 7.400" long. And going to use 3/8's pushrods.

    It looks awesome!

If i may offer a small suggestion. If you were to take the driver side fuel line to fuel pressure regulator and flip it around, you could shorten the line considerably. Put the 90 degree fitting on the FPR and the straight fitting on the fuel rail. As long as the straight coming off the fuel rail will clear the distributor it would look better in my humblest opinion. modfied fuel line.jpg #ad

My paint skills are pretty bad, but this is basically what I mean.

The rails usually wont clear the dizzy on an 8.2 deck height like you're suggesting.

Yup, it has to at least go a 45 out of the rail. And when I did that, I only had a few fittings to work with. It's been working so I haven't bothered changing it :) I might change it later.

I've never had an issue with my rails and dizzy hitting. Lol maybe I shouldn't complain

I have BBRC fuel rails on my car with a large cap distributor. The small cap distributors suck once you start spinning high rpm's and using high power ignitions. I had really bad missing issues with the small cap distributor --- once I put the cap a dapt on and dialed in rotor phase all was well.

I've only spun it to 7600 once. Normally it was a max of 7200. Had no problem there. I had it phased at 20 and was running 24. And I'm still only using a digital 6 box.

With a big cap it is less finicky.

I have mine at 23 degrees on the leading edge because if it jumps it is forward not backward.

I am 8400 rpm with an MSD GRID.
