Almost a month ago I ordered a pair of S475's from him and was told I would have them within a week....... a week went by and nothing.....the next week he said the were ready to ship and I would have them by Tuesday.........Tuesday came and went and nothing............. he said he shipped them to the wrong address and they were lost................. it has been 11 days now with at least one phone call and email per day since then and he had vanished like a fart in the wind.......... all he has on his webpage is a phone number, no physical address.............the pictures of shipping labels people have sent me all have his return address cut off the label....... I need a last name, and a physical address to file a police report in his jurisdiction. All I can find is that he is in the Irvin TX area and goes by the number of 204 -208-4018........I'm not fooling around with people like this anymore........did it once, took too long, and lost a good deal of money.

A Little help greatly appreciated here guys..... pm me if you don't want to go public.

Google Earth showed me that the address is an actual address at least......not called TurboDaves and the phone number is different but it is a diesel performance shop........my guess is he does this on the side and uses his cell number......at least it's another lead to try and get my money back.

Dave is more than welcome to get on here and tell his side of the story and comment on the others posting comments about his customer service. It would also be nice for him to tell how he is threatening me and going to play childish games by posting my personal info and Google Earth photos of my home............... come on Dave, is it all talk or are you really that poor of a businessman? It's in your hands, you can make this good, or you can make this really bad for yourself.

As far as I'm concerned this story is over............it's up to Dave now if it really is or not.

As of now I have 43 text messages from Dave Hartjes since he issued my refund threatening me in various ways because of this post. He says his mothers vehicle was damaged and somebody's house damaged with notes that said "FOR TIM" included............. I live 2,000+ miles from him and I know nobody in Texas for that matter........Said his "lawyer" sent my lawyer papers including insurance estimates and police reports............ how would he even know who my lawyer is? ...Threatening legal action to pay for damages and for "slander" from this post..........I see no slander here, just facts and asking for help to find him............ he won't stop..............funny how he can take your money and disappear for a month but can find the time to send 43 texts in a matter of days.

Draw your own conclusion to this guys stability, professionalism, and if you'd send him money for anything. I will keep this updated as long as he feels like playing games and issuing threats. I have not, and will not argue with him, threaten him, or post any untruths about him or what he texts me.........this is 100% on him.........it's already obvious I'm not the first to have issues with him...it doesn't take much research to find a plethora of unhappy people.....I really should have done that before placing an order, and his recommendations were questioned by me upon ordering, to find out later they were so far off the car would have been practically unable to build boos or keep from surging.

Get on here and post, Dave Hartjes........... tell everybody your views, comments, and threats, not just me.......... the hole you're digging is getting deeper....and deeper....and deeper........

On a side note I once waited 3 months for a procharger setup I ordered from thr, talk about avoiding my phone calls! I dropped 4g on that setup.
