I had to trim quite a bit out of the bumper cover, but it wasnt to big of an issue.

Or I should say a friend of mine that owns a body shop cut it out, after I attempted to and it looked like a rat chewed it off.

I had a local welder cut and weld my downpipe so it would make spark plug access and install/removal easier.

I had to rearrange those fuel lines several times. I was waiting on a 90 at the time.

I went to the dyno, but that was a diaster. Found out the the stock springs in twisted wedge heads arent that good and the the 3.73 gear was way too much. I've got a video, but not sure how to post them. It sounded good, but that was about the only positive from the dyno trip. Ive since changed springs and had a 3.27 gear installed.

Its pretty much a stock engine. Block, crank, rods are stock, Je pistons, mild cam, out of the box twisted wedge heads, 76mm precision turbo. Im trying to careful with this one, Id say its at its limits. Im hoping itll stay togther long enough for us to learn a little about tuning blow through and turbo till I can get another motor built.

should make good power... when I ordered my heads I requested the better springs just in case, glad i did or i would have ran into issues as well.

I wasnt really impressed with their spring upgrade. I used Comp cams 977-16 springs

also might want to look into finding a lighter spring for your bov, sounds like your having some compressor surge.

I'm not even sure what spring is in it, whatever it comes with. It's a Tial Q 50mm.
