Can these inline style pumps be used without a sump on a standard pickup tank? Been debating on the dual intank walbro's. But an external pump setup woudl be alot easier.

Yes. These pumps are great puller pumps. I have two on a car here pulling with a modified pick-up. Daily driven at 634whp on 93 octane and 851whp on C16 without issues. I recommend these over Walbro pumps. They handle higher pressures better and are much more reliable

 

Just make sure they are real. Those appear to be.

Anyone have a picture of there modified pickup? Do you have an in-tank filter or just inline before the pumps? Plan on running e85 with 120lb injectors (v6) around 600 peak whp.

 

I put the filters on the end of the pick-up in the tank at the bottom of the bowl. I don't have pictures of that. You will be fine with 120lb injectors. We made 900whp with 55lbs base pressure and 120lb injectors

 

But I'm sure you were using 8 injectors right? I'm only using 6. Still plenty overkill for 600hp on alky.
